What We Collect

MasterLeague collects only the information needed to operate your account and record your league participation:

• Name — Used to identify you on results, standings, and schedules.
• Email address — Used to log you in and send event-related notifications.

If you sign in via Google or Facebook, we receive only your name and email from those providers. We do not store your social login user ID, profile photo, or any other information from those services.

How We Use Your Data

Your name and email are used solely to:

• Authenticate you when you log in
• Display your name on court schedules, score sheets, and league standings
• Contact you about events you have registered for

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, your name and email will be removed from our systems. Historical match results may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes.

Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email us at admin@masterleague.nz.
