Designated Assistant status enabled for event helpers

In-event Assistants can be set by Organisers to help manage a session.

Organisers can adjust the starting order for a round and enter the score for any game, but cannot change the event details or create new ones.

The Assistant function is especially useful when the Organiser is unable to attend an event, allthough remote access is still possible.
